Photo Tour Summary:
Experience the “Tuscany” of the United States and be mesmerized by the endless rolling hills of green and gold that characterize Palouse. Nestled in Washington State lies one of photography’s greatest secrets. The undulating hills with vibrant shades of green and yellow; colorful barns and the never-ending valleys will leave every photographer breathless.
We will also be dabbling in some astrophotography. Palouse has some of the darkest skies in the heartland of America and we will be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to capture Milky Way and Star Trail shots. Our group will also be visiting Palouse Falls State Park to capture it’s Golden Glow and the Milky Way rising before the day begins.

On this photo adventure, we will explore many picturesque locations in Palouse. The area includes the undulating hills with vibrant shades of green and yellow; colorful barns and the never-ending valleys will leave every photographer breathless.
Our day will start with photographing sunrise, then we will have time in the afternoon to check out the sunrise location for next morning, or to visit some nice mid day photography locations, or to have lecture in the hotel. We will then go out for the sunset photography. If the weather permitted, we will photographing the beautiful night sky in one of the darkest side and the most unique landscape on earth.
Safety & Medical:
All participants are required to have COVID-19 vaccination at least 15 days before the workshop. You will be expected to follow instructions to ensure you are kept safe and out of harm’s way.
You must also advise us in advance and in writing of any illness, injury or pre-existing medical conditions that might reasonably be expected to affect your attendance and participation during the workshop.

The itinerary for our workshop is subject to change at the discretion of our Photo Guides depending on the weather, which can be unpredictable. We will check the weather forecasts and road conditions and plan our day to optimize shooting conditions. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to visit all the locations on the itinerary.

How do I sign up and pay for this tour?
A deposit of $200 is required for this workshop to hold your spot, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal via PayPal.com or send a check (U.S. residents only). The balance is due on Apr 30, 2022. All participants must sign William Yu Photography Workshops/Tours Liability Waiver Form and show the proof of travel insurance before the tour starts.
How many participants do you allow?
Photo tour size is limited to 10 attendees, which ensures that every attendee will get full attention.
What photographic skill level is required to benefit from this tour?
Any people who has a basic understanding of exposure all the way to the advanced amateur and professional who is in search of a fresh perspective!
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
No refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, (which interestingly, can result in some of the most some amazing shots!), either before or during the tour. If the tour is cancelled by the organizer, we will notify you immediately and you will be issued full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur due to any delays or cancellations.
No Refunds for USD200 deposit if cancelled.
